Step 1: Build a picture
Our IT consulting work all starts with asking the important questions. We’ll sit down with you to understand your biggest IT challenges: What are the pain points with your current technology? Where are your bottlenecks? Which aspects need to be urgently addressed? We’ll also dig into your goals and future plans to build a picture of where you’re going.
Step 2: Observe
We know that every business is unique. That’s why (where possible) we like to visit our clients’ offices. This helps us understand how you go about your work, your day-to-day challenges, and the ebbs and flows of your business. It’s all about paying attention to the little things that trip you up on a daily basis. We take note of the areas that need attention and make a plan to fix them.
Step 3: The Hit List
Once we’ve got to know your business and your challenges, we compile a “hit list” of key areas that can be addressed immediately to give you relief as soon as possible. We also make a list of other issues to be addressed and IT tasks to complete, and put together a plan to address each item.
Step 4: Action time
Once you’re happy with the agreed list of tasks, we get down to business. We’ll make sure we take care of each issue or task until it’s completely resolved, no handing it back to you halfway through. It’s our task until it’s done. We’ll check in to update you on our progress, but for the most part, we’ll leave you to focus on your business while we take care of your IT.
